Eternal Faith - Perth 2011

Faith, not on end but on His end. If you really sit down and think about it, who is having faith and trust? God or yourself? It isn’t that humans has more power than God. The reason why I say that God trusts us is because, how many times have we repeated the same sin over and over again and how many times have we told God, “I promise you that I won’t do it again!” The next minute, day or moment when we see the person we are not comfortable with, thoughts of how to get rid of him comes into our minds. What happened to loving your enemies and what happened to the promise that you made to the alimighty God. 

Yesterday, when I turned 22, my pal and I went down to the beach, the next time you want to blame God, look up in the sky, the sun isn’t supposed to shine on you, but it still is. You could have easily be zapped by lightning bolts. However, because of his eternal and unfailing love, we are still here. Also just like this photo, when the sun sets, we know that tomorrow will indefinitely come.

22 years and counting. I wanna see more of God’s love and how unfailing it is and put this heart of mind in God’s hand for him to use.

Moonrise - Perth 2011

I was waiting for a few days hoping to get a nice picture of the moon. Recently, I have been trying to capture moon scenes and I think that it’s something God is trying to teach me.

I was waiting at a spot for 2 hours reading my textbook and hoping that the clouds will move away somehow. However, the skies never did clear and it even started raining. During that day, I did not get to see the moon at all. I was a little disappointed, that I waited for 2 hours and I didn’t get to see the moon.

The following days, I went to the same spot and for a few days I never got to see the moon, however, on the 3rd day, I saw the moon rising from the skyline. I was happy that I could see it.

Then I realized, sometimes, just like our prayers, God doesn’t necessarily answer our prayers and it isn’t a 1800-INSTANT PRAYER hotline that we dail, but daily meeting and talking to God to understand, just like when I was looking for the moonrise, after a few days, I had a general direction that the moon would rise from the east to south east from the spot I was standing at. The more you peservere, the more you will see what God has for you and most of the things you pray for, God has already provided you with the ability to do it because, He knows you best.

The Moon Phase - Perth 2011

Hi guys, remeber how I was telling you guys about how different the moon was? Here’s a moon chart that I sort of made myself! Missed out a day though. Was making it for a friend and I think that it was quite fun. Will be trying to continue till I get a whole cycle.
